Bamboo Bar Stools

Good Places To Use Bamboo Bar Stools

Bamboo bar stools are durable, fashionable, and versatile, and they can be used in a variety of situations. Bamboo has become a popular material for a lot of outdoor furniture, and it is just as affordable as wood, metal, wicker, or any other options. Here are a few ideas of how you may use bamboo stools in your home do you can determine if they are right for you.

If you have an outdoor bar, bamboo bar stools should fit right in. Since the bar is outdoors, you will need to invest in stools that will stand up to the elements anyway. Bamboo can withstand rain, sunlight, and prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, so it works perfectly outdoors. Chances are you have a theme for the bad that bamboo will fit in as well, especially if you own a Tiki bar. The stools will look just like they were made on the beach, much like your bar and other accessories may.

If you want to use your bamboo stools indoors, that is perfectly fine as well. This look may not fit in well with some themes, but if you have any Asian influences in the home, it would work great. Your home bar may need a lighter touch, which is where the light yellow coloring of the bamboo can come into play. You could also have this look in a beach themed kitchen, or in a dining space with a view to the pool. As long as you are not aiming for a traditional appeal to the area, you should be fine.

Bar stools work well for apartments too because many of them have small balconies outside. If you live on the first floor, you may have a patio instead of a balcony, but the same theory applies. You can get a matching table and use the bamboo chairs as an outdoor sitting area, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon thought time. You may only be able to get two stools out there, but that is enough to spruce up the look of your outdoor space.

In terms of decorations, you can cover the bamboo bar stools with a cushion in a festive fabric or leave them bare. Just be aware that bamboo may feel hard after awhile. You can mix and match this with wicker or similar materials for durability, but make sure that you employ similar cushions on them to add cohesion.
